The company was incorporated on March 29, 1993 in Jaipur (Rajasthan) under the Companies Act, 1956, as amended (“Companies Act ”) as a private limited company under the name “J.M. Chemicals Private Limited”.
Subsequently, the company changed its name to “J.M. Lube Chemicals Private Limited ”, and consequent upon change of name, received a fresh certificate of incorporation on November 21, 2012

- It is a medium viscosity paste that can be used on mild steel, carbon steel and S.steel wires/tubes/bar etc.
